No, CodaBox is not informed by the bank when a bank account is closed 

It is the responsibility of the accountant to archive the bank account in MyCodaBox when it is closed. 

The billing of a bank account by CodaBox only stops when you archive the bank account in MyCodaBox. 

Your monthly report shows the total number of days of inactivity per account.
