From 1 May 2021, Belfius will charge a monthly fee for the creation of Coda files, which contain all detailed information about transactions on payment accounts *. The new pricing is part of the global Belfius offer and its additional services . The details of this new rate can be consulted on the Belfius website. 

If a company has questions about this fee, it can contact its bank agency or relationship manager.

Belfius charges this cost for the creation of CODA on the account. This cost is charged independently of the channel on which the CODA is delivered.

If a company wishes to stop CODA, created on the account as a result of registering a CodaBox mandate, please follow the procedure How to archive a mandate and, after clicking on 'Archive', in the the pop-up below :

• Select 'Yes' to stop CODA billing from the bank to your client
• Check 'I understand the consequences of this action'.
• Click on 'Archive'

Important: If the client still receives CODA via other channels, the cost will continue to be charged.

Note: * No CODA costs are charged by the bank on savings accounts and specific accounts (eg sub-accounts).
