When the Accountant invites his client to use CARO, our system automatically generates an invitation e-mail that is sent to the client. This e-mail contains an activation link to accept Service CARO.

→ Please note that for security reasons, this activation link is only valid for 14 days.

Via  MyCodaBox  - CARO - Registration State you can track the status of the CARO orders you have performed. If you see that the order status is 'Invitation Expired', don't hesitate to resend the invitation.  For more information, see our article CARO: the different registration statuses.

Before re-sending it is always a good idea to check if your client has received the email and why he didn’t proceed with the activation. Keeping your clients well informed is important you can find some template emails in CARO information package / Toolkit for the accountant.
