To add an additional e-mail address for the Purchase Invoices Service, Go to your MyCodaBox platform, Select the concerned client in the Client list to display his details, go to the Purchase Invoices tab and click on Edit


To add an e-mail address that will be used by CodaBox to send Purchase Invoices, uncheck the option For delivery of purchase invoices use the email address of the client, add the additional email address and click on Save changes


If the next option is checked, purchase invoices will only be available in your software linked to our API. 

Before activating it, please contact your software provider to check if this is possible in your package.
