BNP Paribas Fortis will charge a monthly fee for the creation of Coda files (if not included in the client's banking package), regardless of the channel via which CODA is delivered. 

Details of this rate can be checked on the site of BNP Paribas Fortis. 

If a company has questions about this fee, they can contact their banking agency or account manager.


Stop CODA?


If a company wishes to stop CODA, created on the account as a result of registering a CodaBox mandate, please follow the procedure How to archive a mandate and, after clicking on 'Archive', in the the pop-up below :

  • Select 'Yes' to stop CODA billing from the bank to your client
  • Check 'I understand the consequences of this action'.
  • Click on 'Archive'

Important: If the client still receives CODA via other channels, the cost will continue to be charged.
